  • Activity 1 / Preposition Park Worksheet

At the start of this worksheet, make sure that your kids understand what a preposition is. Refresh their knowledge a bit by telling them that a preposition is a word which is used with a noun or pronoun to show location, direction, or time. There are four pictures in this worksheet. Look at each one with your kids, and ask them if they can tell you what the kids are doing. Now, read the sentences below the pictures to your kids and help them check the words to complete the sentences

  • Activity 2 / Preposition Pencils Worksheet

When constructing sentences, we have to follow some rules carefully in order to make correct sentences. To help us in our sentence construction are the parts of speech. Parts of speech include the noun, verb, adverb, pronoun, preposition etc. the part of speech you will be dealing with in this worksheet is the preposition. Make sure your child knows what a preposition is before going further into this worksheet. Now, look at the pictures here with your little ones. Help them check the words to complete the sentences.

  • Activity 3 / Preposition Planets Worksheet

Before beginning this space worksheet, remind your child about some of the aspects of outer space. For example, what planet do we live on? Who are the people who travel to outer space for research? Then, remind them that a preposition is a word which is used with another word to show location, direction, or time. After these questions, look at this colorful worksheet. Each of the pictures below shows an astronaut engaged in an activity. Help your kids draw a line to the words that complete each sentence.

Daughter's favorite
Still a top favorite for our 7 year old. She loves earning her stars as she learns to trace letters and numbers. Coloring and the sounds are engaging and are on target for her age group and being Pre K.
