# Logic and Early Math Lesson - Write 2, Preschool

• ### Activity 1 / Learn to Write the Number 2 Worksheet

If you ask how to teach numbers to preschoolers, we say "teach them with fun!" Use your imagination so that learning numbers became an interesting and useful activity for you and your kids.
Have a look at the picture – count the two chicks. Now trace and write the number several times. Make sure it looks as good as at the example. There is an entire farm in the next picture. Among these sheep, pigs, ducks, kittens and horses circle the groups of two. Finally trace the word "two" carefully.
More number worksheets for preschoolers are available at Kids Academy.

• ### Activity 2 / Number 2 Printable

Kids learn basic numeracy skills when they visually see numbers in action. Your child will learn to read and recognize the number two with these two cuddly cats and their colorful balls of yarn. Print this coloring page: number 2, for counting and coloring fun!

• ### Activity 3 / Finding 2: In the Ocean Worksheet

When children first begin their math journeys, it all starts with basic numbers. Whether it's counting on fingers or using brightly colored pictures for number representation, it helps build number sense. This worksheet gives your little math whiz the opportunity to not only identify groups of two sea creatures in the ocean, but to practice writing the number two with traceable lines and big dots that start them off in the right direction. They'll find easy success with the charming task and feel proud of their math skills as they do.

Daughter's favorite
Still a top favorite for our 7 year old. She loves earning her stars as she learns to trace letters and numbers. Coloring and the sounds are engaging and are on target for her age group and being Pre K.
