Uppercase Letters

Teaching young students to identify all 26 uppercase letters of the alphabet is challenging!  It is also fun! Use this video to assist children with uppercase letter identification.

The video is brilliant in its simplicity. The student sees each letter drawn on the screen, and the voiceover announces the name of the letter. Then, an animal or object that starts with the letter moves across the screen, often doing something funny to the letter! Children watch with anticipation to see the humorous animations for each letter.

Learning the names of the uppercase and lowercase letters of the alphabet is essential for reading and writing success. Using different teaching approaches that address a variety of learning styles is best! This video is an excellent tool to use in conjunction with art, music and movement activities to aid in the memorization of each letter. Students will be ready to move on to lowercase letters before you know it! Help students learn about uppercase letters and enjoy this video in your language arts classes!

Such a great app!
This was a really fun way to get my kids to practice their math. I usually struggle to get them into it and Kids Academy makes it easy.

Daughter's favorite
Still a top favorite for our 7 year old. She loves earning her stars as she learns to trace letters and numbers. Coloring and the sounds are engaging and are on target for her age group and being Pre K.
