Count the Animal Shadows Worksheet

Shadows follow us everywhere we go, and your kids have probably discovered their own shadows by now too. But, do they know that it isn’t just human beings who have shadows? Animals also cast their won shadows just like we do. In this worksheet, your child must count the animal shadows in each group. First, ask them if they can identify the animals pictured in the tracing sheet. Then, help them trace on the dotted lines to match the group of shadows with the correct number.
