Equal Groups: Assessment 1 Worksheet
Look around your classroom full of eager little children. Ask your students what else they see in the room. Pencils, chairs and desks, a blackboard, and the teacher’s desk are just some of the common items they would name. Now, look at this worksheet with them. Help them count each of the school supplies in each picture and underline the matching number sentence. Then, help your preschoolers check if the total number is odd or even.

Students should know how to count objects and identify groups of objects that are equal. They should also be able to recognize odd and even numbers.
