Synonym Check Worksheet

Before beginning this worksheet, ask your kids what a synonym is. If they tell you they know, listen to their definitions. If you need to, you teach them that a synonym is a word that shares nearly the same meaning as another. Give them examples, like ‘good’ being a synonym of ‘nice’.
