As your students learn to read and write, they will have to learn the parts of speech. The parts of speech are a very important topic which your kids cannot simply avoid learning. Perhaps most important of them all is the Noun. Teach your students that a noun is the name of a person, place, thing, or animal, and give them some common examples of nouns. In this worksheet, there are words which are nouns hidden among non-noun words. Help them trace the lines to the nouns.
