Questions About Informational Texts: Assessment 1 Worksheet
When we talk about a community, what comes to our minds? Ask your students this question and listen to the answers they have for you. Are these some different habits that people practice in communities? What about in schools? Can your students tell you some things that fellow students do which are strange to them? Now, read this short passage aloud and carefully to your kindergartners. Make sure they took in every detail, and read it again if you must.
